Account information (email and password), family data (names, ages, avatars), and app data (chores, earnings, goals, bucket balances). We do NOT collect photos, location data, or advertising identifiers.
Children's data is associated with the parent's account and controlled entirely by the parent. We do not create independent accounts for children. We comply with COPPA. Parents can delete all data at any time.
To provide the earnt service, sync data across devices, send account emails, troubleshoot issues, and process subscription payments via Apple.
Your data is stored using Google Firebase, encrypted in transit and at rest, in Australian servers. Delete your account and all data is removed within 30 days.
We use Google Firebase (database and auth), Apple App Store (payments), and Anthropic Claude API (AI recommendations — no personal data sent). We share data with no other parties.
You can access, correct, delete, or export your data at any time. Email hello@earnt.money. We respond within 30 days.
Payments processed by Apple. We do not store payment card details. Manage subscriptions in your Apple Account Settings.
By using earnt, you agree to these Terms. You must be 18+ to create an account. Children use earnt under parental supervision.
earnt Pro is $4.99 AUD/month or $49.99 AUD/year, billed through Apple. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Manage in Apple Account Settings.
If a free trial is offered, payment begins after the trial ends unless cancelled beforehand.
earnt is for family chore management only. Do not reverse engineer, copy, or use the app for commercial purposes without written consent.
Safety tips are general guidance only. earnt accepts no liability for injuries from chores assigned through the app. Parents are responsible for assessing chore safety for their child.
earnt is for educational purposes only. We do not handle money transfers. All financial transactions occur between parents and their banks.
AI chore recommendations are suggestions only and not a substitute for parental judgment.
All earnt content, design, and code is owned by earnt and protected by Australian and international law.
earnt is provided as-is. Our liability is limited to amounts paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
